grenades might make a statement

Rewatching the Firefly series with a newbie is fun. It's also a really good way not to do any of the research that you should be doing for the five impending papers, but, uh... meh. I've got time.

Anyway, friend M and I watched three episodes this afternoon, and after watching 'Safe', had this little conversation:

M: I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY CANCELLED THIS SHOW!!!!!!!!!!
ME: I know, right! Maybe you should send them a strongly-worded letter.
M: Maybe I should send them a strongly-worded grenade!

*G* I love how she's entered into the spirit of the thing.

This later led to me making a small handful of 'Safe' icons, of course. ( Dear diary, today I was pompous and my sister was crazy. )

Lastly: Chapter 5 of crossover fic, Lending a Hand. The suspense continues!
