I love so many things about this scene:
1) Much. Much is awesome. Let's all love Much.
2) English lessons! In 1193. When they were probably all really speaking Norman French. Good times!
3) All the implications flying around here. "Long walks in the forest." "I know what you've been up to!" Robin and Marian grinning at each other. :DDD I get the feeling that a couple weeks have passed since the episode "Get Carter". Marian obviously isn't feeling the death of her father as sharply as she was before. She's fitting into the gang. And Much has clearly been around them enough to go: "Please. All you two do is giggle at each other and sneak off to go make out." So yeah. This is why forest!porn is the Best Thing Ever.
4) "I don't fancy mine much!" OH, MUCH! &hearts

Yes indeed, I've been rewatching most of season two. Again. And by rewatching I mean skipping through each episode to the Robin/Marian scenes. Again. It's definitely the OTP that BROKE ME and yet that I still can't quit. Damn them. And by "them", I obviously mean the BBC.

Funny thing though, I found I only have episodes 1 to 11. Apparently I deleted the finale in a fit of rage. OH WELL! *G*

I'm feeling a Renaissance coming on. And for me personally, I'm not quite as bitter as I was, (not *quite*) so I'm really just enjoying the R/M for what it was. It's certainly a less stressful way of loving the show.

Also: forest!porn. I'm pretty sure it makes the world go round. *G*

I don't think I ever felt BITTER. I never had that urge of who to blame or anything. I was just GUTTED. When Jonas cries, my soul cries and Lucy was so beautiful and happy and they got married!!! Sometimes I just forget the last 15 minutes but others the angst feels so delicious and crushing. fhsalsjsajkfsajk

Hmm, you're probably a better person than me. I skipped over my initial sadness pretty quickly and went straight on into full-blown rage. And then I stayed there a while. ;)

But it still hurts! Because there are some things in that episode that I want to enjoy. Like, well pretty much the two weddings are it. But they feel so tainted now by the way Marian was killed off.

I really, really hope they bring her back. It's probably completely unrealistic, but I'm going to keep hoping it up until the new series starts up. And then I'll start my own better version in my head.
