I'm throwing myself into the BBC's Little Dorrit right now, and stubbornly ignoring anything else that may be happening in TV land. Because the latest episode just made me want to wrap Mr. Clenham in cotton fluff and kiss him, and that feeling is a lot better than that other thing I could be feeling about that thing that may or may not have happened, but has probably happened, else where.
Yeah. British television is definitely the place to be tonight.

Dude. Do you want to do something tomorrow night to celebrate YAY PAPER DONE YAY!!! ? I need to go to the Park Lane mall to buy candy for an American friend, and we could see a movie or something perhaps. WE HAVE EARNED IT.

Er... if you did send it to me, this is worrying.

OOH SOUNDS GOOD. I'm not actually sure if there are any movies out I want to see, but I'm definitely willing to check it out. Actually, Robyn asked me earlier if I had any plans for the weekend, and I sort of blinked erratically, mumbled something and hid. It was amusing.
*muffled scream*

Browsing through the site, the only things that look potentially interesting (EW TWILIGHT EW DIE DIE) are the new animated movie Bolt (about the wee dog who thinks he's a superhero?) and of course Bond; if you still wanted to see it, I'd go again. I need to unwind.
Also, since it doesn't seem that email is working that well, what's up with seriesgringas? :(

Oh, but try seriesgringas.info

I'm not thinking about the other thing, let's just talk about how AMAZING Little Dorrit is, yes?

Yes, ignoring that other thing, Little Dorrit is making me sooooooo happy right now. Except that it's also so hard to watch Arthur and Amy absolutely love each other and everyone else is being so bothersome and getting in the way.
YET CLEARLY THEY BOTH FANTASIZE ABOUT GETTING MARRIED AND HAVING A LITTLE COTTAGE SOMEWHERE AND SAYING THINGS LIKE, "ARTHUR, DEAR?" AND "YES, AMY DEAR?" AND STARING AT EACH OTHER AND YES.
And oh my god, Eve Myles and Freema and Andy Serkis and everyone British EVER and I am going to be so sad when this series is over.

Ooh, and we're at the exact middle point of the series which means it's going to start going completely crazy and get all woeful and frustrating and oh my god I am so excited.
They do fantasize about exactly that, I am sure of it, and I will take that thought to sleep with me tonight and not the other thing because no, the other thing is not nice.
EEEEEVVVVVVEEEEEEEE. She's so cute. And Andy Serkis is a TOTAL NUTBURGER OMG IF YOU ARE IN A SCENE WITH HIM YOUR ARE JUST NOT SAFE AND NEED TO RUN. RUN AWAY.
I love this series so much. I thought it could not be as awesome as Bleak House (as they are the hip new stylish Dickens minis and whatnot), but IT IS AND I LOVE IT JUST AS MUCH I DO OMG I DO (or maybe more even maybe). PLUS THERE IS MAFFYOO AND I JUST. OOOOH. I LUFF HIM.

ACK, I KNOW. IN NEXT WEEK'S PREVIEW HE WAS ALL CREEPILY TOUCHING AMY AND JUST STOP IT! GET AWAY FROM HER NOW!
And Mr. Clenham is my new favourite Macfadyen ever. Even more than A2A's. ;) I JUST LOVE HIM SO AND HIS CARING AND HIS FANCY HATS.
I really might have to splurge for the dvd when it's out here.
