Well, my favourite part of the week anyway. :D

Just a few short words on

Not as impressed as the last two weeks. Oh well. Could have done with less with the "kidnapping" and the party planning. And Ryan. BUT, I did like Jim and Pam's prank on Dwight (surprise, surprise) and I KILLED myself when Andy got his a capella group to serenade Angela over the phones. WITH ABBA! Fan-fricken-tastic. We were all laughing and hiding behind our hands during that entire scene! And then I had a poor Dwight moment.

I have to say, I really enjoy this relationship between Pam and Dwight. I think something about 'Nice Dwight' from 'The Injury' must have stuck with Pam, because every now and then she just... really empathizes with him and its kind of lovely.

Need: MORE JIM AND PAM. (Yes, I am shameless.) Though next week, Jim and Pam are spending a night at Dwight's farm, so it looks like I'll get all of my wishes!

Daryll and Kelly!!!!!!!!! That would be AMAZING!!!!!

At what time is this Office of which you speak? I tend to hijack the TV lounge early, just so none of the Grey's Anatomy insidious fan crowd infiltrates it, so maybe I could catch an eppy sometime.... Maybe. *laughs*

Ah, damn, my 8:00 is booked for CSIness. Lol, and I watch SUPERNATURAL at 10:00 to piss off the Greysies. Seriously, they come by the tv lounge that we commendeer, make these pissy faces, and say "Supernatural again??" And we smile brightly and respond "YUP! EVERY THURSDAY!!"

Seriously though, two other tv lounges in this building are for Grey's night, so they can allll bugger off. *NODS* But I fully support pissing them off AT ALL TIMES.

Hee hee. I just enjoy making comments while my roommate watches it. I have to admit, I do find some parts of Grey's amusing *hides face*. But now I just find it really amusing to tell various assorted characters that they're being a-holes. 'Cause they are. Most of the time.

And AHH, CSI. I enjoy CSI, but nothing trumps The Office. WHEEE< TV!!!

I have never enjoyed anything as much I enjoy hearing Andy sing a cappella. He was so adorable when he said "I stole it".

I completely agree, she's a little removed from him so she can still see him as a PERSON, whereas I don't think Jim views Dwight as anything more than a very loud noise.

Jim and Pam eating pizza on the roof and talking about when they first started to like each other (WHICH IS LIKE TEN YEARS AGO LOL) is the best thing that has ever happened in my entire life. <3

No, no that's true, Kelly and Andy would be amazing. And also the MOST ANNOYING COUPLE IN THE WORLD AND TOBY WOULD HAVE TO PERFORM RITUAL SUICIDE! Oh dear, poor Toby. Even the idea of those two together (hee - they could sing and online shop together!) might terrify him. ;)

And oh yes for that scene. I could have had ten more minutes (at least) of Pam and Jim sitting on the roof saying what they like about each other.

I wasn't overwhelmed by this episode, either, but it definitely had its moments: The cold open, Dwight's scruff, the computer prank, ANDY SERENADING ANGELA and she couldn't quite help being impressed and flattered, Pam being nice to Dwight, Ryan filming his interviews in his boss's office, Kelly/Darryl????? We shall see. :)

I think there was some potential there, definitely. We'll just have to see if its actually expanded upon. (Though - the unexplained beard-scruff! I was soo curious!)

And the cold open! That was fabulous! Everyone totally does that too, with the bouncy DVD logo! Man, I have to wonder if the writers just sit around pitching ideas for cold opens, which they then attatch to episodes after the fact. I wouls love to be in that writing room!!!
