I feel the need to post because it's the leap year and that's neat and it's REALLY bright and sunny out and I discovered last night that power hours are probably a bad idea for someone as big a lightweight as me -- but I'm fine as long as there's not any fallout from me giggling at my friends for about four hours and making inappropriate remarks. There shouldn't be. They're cool like that.
Battlestar has been on the brain a lot lately, and I'm really REALLY looking forward to April getting here as fast as possible. It's been a year. And yeah, Razor was interesting and made me think but I still don't really count it for some reason. I love going over to TWOP and reading the recaps on BSG. The recapper, Jacob, who I've already mentioned a couple times in regards to his Farscape ones, just tickles my fancy in the way he writes them up. I think some people have a problem with his recaps because he goes on these tangents that are often unfollowable (is that a word?), and frankly get into simple existential bullshit often enough, but I also love that in writing up the episodes he's not simply telling us "and this and this happened" because, dudes, we've already seen the episodes. We're here for the opinions. And I love crazy connections and existential bullshit anyway. I'm in the Arts. *g*
And now it's time for me to go hop on a bus to and get myself to the Valley (Annapolis, not the other one). What the frick happened to reading week? These things never seem to last at all.
